Our therapists provide therapy only. This may seem logical, but we hire many therapists who, in the past, have had to find their own clients, confirm their own appointments, and fill out and fax or email reports manually.

Our office staff will get all authorizations, fill your case load with clients, work with insurance companies and support coordinators, and handle all scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling. We utilize online resources for scheduling, for reports, documents and notes, and for client confirmation calls and texts. Our therapists even receive text notifications when their clients arrive in the office. Cancellations? No problem, our staff will contact clients who need make ups to fill in the gaps in your schedule.
