As the Director of Speech Services at Bilingual Pediatric Therapies, Lorrie occupies a pivotal role, instrumental in our clinic's success. She not only serves as a devoted leader but also actively takes on the roles of a hands-on mentor and a staunch advocate for our valued clients and their families.
Lorrie commenced her journey in the field of speech-language pathology in 1995 while pursuing her undergraduate and graduate studies at New Mexico State University (NMSU). In 1998, she achieved her master’s degree as a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist, marking the beginning of her exceptional career.
Throughout her professional journey, Lorrie has forged strong bonds with Spanish-speaking children and their families. Her contributions span from mentoring and guiding new therapists to fostering collaboration among therapists with diverse specialties, all aimed at creating positive transformations. Additionally, Lorrie regularly offers her expertise through consultations with special education teams in school districts and charter schools across the valley.
Her seamless collaboration with a diverse array of healthcare professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Psychologists, and Music Therapists, ensures that our clients receive comprehensive and holistic care.
